The Universal Pouch Rack separates food pouches to maximize the number of portions the water oven will hold and also helps to keep food pouches submerged. It is used to arrange cooking pouches either vertically or horizontally to allow for proper circulation and ensure even cooking. The rack may be used in three different positions to accommodate various sizes of food pouches. This rack is included with the SousVide Supreme  and the SousVide Supreme Demi.
