Measure your band size: Take a measuring tape and wrap it snugly around your ribcage, just under your breasts. Make sure the tape measure is level all the way around and parallel to the floor. Round up to the nearest whole inch if needed. This number is your band size.

Measure your bust size: Take the measuring tape and wrap it around the fullest part of your breasts. Make sure the tape measure is level all the way around and parallel to the floor. Round up to the nearest whole inch if needed.

Calculate your cup size: Subtract your band size from your bust size. The difference in inches corresponds to a cup size according to the chart below:

For example, if your band size is 32 inches and your bust size is 36 inches, the difference is 4 inches, which corresponds to a cup size of D/DD. Your bra size would be 32D/DD.
