Assembly Instructions:
1. Prefold all parts
2. Insert Tabs A and B into Slots A and B
3. Insert Tabs C and D into Slots C and D
4. Fold over Tabs E and F
5. Fold Cab Portion over and tuck into final position
6. Assemble Pocket Tabs G and H

Pocket Tab Assembly:
1. Insert Tab into Slot 1 and pull it through completely
2. Insert same Tab into Slot 2 and pull it through completely
3. Open Wing Tabs to lock in place
